On March 10, Holitech’s mask production line was put into trial production. After the outbreak of the coronavirus, Holitech decided to produce face masks. The designed daily production capacity of face masks is about 200,000. “Holitech” masks are expected to be put into full production in mid-late March, when they will fully meet the company’s epidemic prevention and control needs, and will be used to support suppliers and customers upstream and downstream of the industrial chain.

The marketing, R & D design, supply chain, production and logistics delivery teams work together to achieve seamless docking from the market end to the production end, speed up effective project breakthroughs, and quickly promote high-quality product delivery.

Due to the epidemic, public transportation was suspended, and many employees had to walk or cycle a few kilometers from home to the factory pickup station on the first day of construction. Some employees were unable to arrive on time and some of them had to cover two or three rotations. The product and material suppliers have not fully resumed functional, and the production capacity is limited … Facing the difficulties, Holitech provoked the company’s responsibilities and responsibilities, and took advantage of the integration of the industrial chain. The production line worked overtime and worked at full capacity to accelerate production. It can still be seen that the workshop is brightly lit in the midnight.

From formulating production plans overnight to timely delivery of products to customers, the entire process successfully completed a 20-day workload in just 5 days, creating an amazing Holitech speed, ensuring the follow-up production of epidemic prevention and control medical materials for customers.
